    Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will leave a card in your letterbox in order for you to get in touch with them to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please be aware that you must get in touch with them as they will attempt to deliver one more time before sending the parcel back to us.

  • We offer 30-day no quibble returns on non-personalised items. Refund will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags.

     

    The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not used/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition. Any used item returned back will be refused and we will contact you if no reply is made within three months the item will be destroyed.
